We recently used Jury O’Shea on our property sale and purchase and were assigned Daniel Blake in the Welling branch, near to our home that we were selling. Daniel was an absolutely exceptional conveyancer.
We had a challenging process on the sales side and he had to deal with a difficult solicitor on our buyers side and Daniel was able to handle this well and kept us informed of everything going on, regularly working evenings and weekends to progress things through. This even included a sudden issue with the buyers solicitor on the original day of exchange which Daniel was able to resolve within a few days.
Daniel was always quick to respond to emails and always answered phone calls so it was great knowing we had a direct point of contact should we need it. He kept us informed of developments and was very communicative on completion day making this a very smooth process. Daniel was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions on the process and legal items effectively.
Our estate agent commented to us on how efficient and easy to work with Daniel was and when things were held up it was never an issue with him. It was really reassuring knowing that we had such a reliable conveyancer handling our transaction and that everything was being covered off meticulously.
The price that we paid for the conveyancing was incredible value for the level of service that we received. We plan to stay in our new home for many years, if not forever, but should we have need in the future we would not hesitate to use Daniel and Jury O’ Shea for our conveyancing again.
