I can’t recommend Kanta highly enough. She was absolutely fantastic throughout my property purchase. From the very beginning, she was proactive, responsive, and completely on top of everything.
Whenever any issues came up, she truly fought my corner and made sure my interests were protected. I felt fully supported the whole way through, which made such a difference during what could have been a stressful process.
Her communication was clear and consistent and was always there when ever I had a query or required support. She genuinely made the entire experience so much smoother and more positive than I expected. I’m so grateful for all her and the team's hard work - I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again or recommend her to anyone buying a property.

They provided poor advice and failed to read or redact the contract correctly, which led to a series of issues during my residential buy/sell process. I am baffled by their high 5.0 rating, as my experience suggests they do not even deserve a 1-star review.
Not only was I left frustrated with their lack of attention to detail, but I also wasted a significant amount of money on legal fees that ended up being much higher than anticipated due to their negligence. I strongly advise others to think twice before engaging their services.

I was supported throughout by knowledgeable, reflective, hard-working professionals who are clearly at the top of their game. Not only did they provide me with spot on advice and recommendations for my case but also supported me throughout what could have been a very stressful experience, but with their support and guidance, this was certainly reduced.
They were a really responsive team and there was always somebody at the end of an email or the end of a phone to talk through either my concerns or the latest updates on the case. Their correspondence was excellent and communication clear, being able to adapt to relevant audiences.
I have never met a team of more skilled professionals both in the legal sense in respect of knowledge and skills, but also in the personal, holistic and individualised approach they take with their clients.
