I’m incredibly grateful to Mrs Duru, for her outstanding work on my family matter. She was professional, knowledgeable, and consistently supportive during what was a very stressful time. Her guidance was clear and reassuring, and I always felt that my case was handled with care and attention.
I’d also like to thank her assistant, Miss Kaur, who was equally wonderful — always helpful, responsive, and kind. Together they made a difficult process much easier for me and my family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them both.

View this review on GoogleIf I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely awful service. Delay in contacting back. Talking over us during the entire call. Lack of competence, empathy and dismissive. Tone was aggressive during the entire call. Not willing to support at all and made matters worse. Do not use. Absolutely awful diabolical services. No client care at all.
