Outstanding service from Dave Parker and his team
I cannot thank Dave Parker and his team enough for the way they handled what was, at times, a very difficult and challenging process.
Throughout the whole transaction, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience and attention to detail, while never losing the personal touch. They understood the pressures involved and were always approachable, reassuring and willing to go the extra mile to keep everything moving forward.
What really stood out was their ability to manage difficult situations calmly and professionally. Even when things became complicated, I always felt that they were on top of the detail and genuinely focused on achieving the right outcome.
The communication and support throughout were excellent, and I always felt that my concerns were listened to and taken seriously.
Dave and his team are a real credit to the firm. I could not recommend them more highly and would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again. Five stars without question.

From start to finish, Alice was incredibly thorough, calm, professional, responsive, and reassuring throughout what at times felt like a very overwhelming process. She guided us through every stage so clearly and always took the time to answer our many questions with kindness and patience. We always felt that she genuinely cared about helping us get everything over the finish line smoothly.
Gemma was also absolutely fantastic throughout, always so efficient, helpful, and quick to respond, especially during the final stages leading up to exchange and completion.
What really stood out to us was the communication. Buying an older property with a chain, surveys, indemnity policies, international funds transfers, and all the moving parts involved could easily have become extremely stressful, but Alice and Gemma consistently made us feel informed, supported, and in very capable hands.
We are now sitting in our beautiful new home, feeling incredibly grateful that we had such an exceptional team helping us through the process.
