They have been absolutely incredible throughout the sale of my property. Having dealt with various solicitors over the years, the level of service I received from Jacksons has genuinely been second to none.
Ramsha and Evie have been professional, efficient, approachable and incredibly responsive from start to finish. Communication has been fantastic - I always knew where things stood, questions were answered quickly and clearly, and I never felt like I was having to constantly chase for things to be progressed. If anything they came to me first!
This sale has been the long-awaited end to quite a stressful chapter, so having a conveyancing team I could completely trust to get everything over the line made such a difference. Even on completion day, when I was probably refreshing my emails far more often than is healthy(!), Ramsha kept me updated and confirmed as soon as everything had completed.
