The entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The onboarding with Sheila was excellent—she was proactive, well organized, and always made sure all the necessary information was collected in advance, which helped avoid unnecessary delays.
The conveyancing process with Patrick McKenna was equally outstanding. Since this was a property purchase involving international funds, there was an extra layer of complexity, but Patrick guided us through every step and made the process feel straightforward. The file was prepared quickly, communication was excellent throughout, and the team was always focused on keeping the transaction moving forward.
The support staff was also friendly, responsive, and very helpful with any follow-up questions. They actively coordinated with the other parties involved to help avoid delays and keep everything on track.
For a boutique law firm, their fees are very reasonable considering the quality of service they provide. I would especially recommend them to anyone purchasing property in the UK using funds from overseas—they clearly have experience handling international transactions and made what could have been a complicated process feel seamless.

Secondly Shannon Walker jnr solicitor was tasked to act for me with the sale of the property. Shannon was brilliant from start to finish. Always polite, positive, courteous and most importantly professional. A real asset to the company and I personally couldn’t have asked any more from her.
