I recently completed on the house purchase which I have been searching for 2 years and
Kathryn handled any legal matters.
She handled the purchase in an extremely professional way, kept me informed at every step and explained any issues or specifics I was not aware of during a time where the vendor solicitors were hard to get hold of and not responding to queries which was very frustrating.
The purchase was handled brilliantly and any of my concerns were noted and given back to the vendors solicitors and agency who were making the purchase quite challenging.
