As first-time buyers, we were naturally nervous about the process, but Ann Hines at Huggins Lewis Foskett was excellent throughout.
Ann was professional, responsive and always happy to answer our questions. She kept us updated at each stage, explained things clearly and helped guide us through what can be a very stressful process.
From dealing with enquiries and paperwork through to exchange of contracts, everything was handled efficiently and we always felt that our purchase was in safe hands.

From start to finish, she has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient throughout both transactions.
Communication was excellent I was kept informed at every stage, any questions were answered promptly, and the whole process felt far less stressful because I knew everything was being handled so well.
Her attention to detail and responsiveness really stood out, both sales completed smoothly thanks to her hard work.

I cannot recommend Huggins Foskett highly enough. They recently acted for us on a property transaction, and from start to finish the service was outstanding.
The whole team was professional, efficient and exceptionally well organised. Communication was excellent throughout, with emails and telephone calls answered promptly, clear explanations at every stage, and proactive updates so we were never left wondering what was happening.
A special mention must go to **Madeleine Edwards**, who handled our conveyancing. She was consistently efficient, courteous and thoroughly professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, every query was dealt with promptly, and her calm, organised approach made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward. She is a real credit to the firm.
Buying and selling property can often be stressful, but Huggins Foskett made the entire process feel smooth and well managed. They were meticulous in their attention to detail, dealt with every issue quickly, and inspired complete confidence from the outset.
