Your firm was efficient in all aspects of the property dealings. As the matter was passed onto you, we felt that we made the right decision. Trust is the ‘key’ and your firm did not let us down.
I would like to personally thanks Peter Augustine who was very professional yet friendly; Peter remained approachable at all times, he took time in explaining few concepts to us in detail despite we knew that we don’t need to worry. We felt safe as how Peter reassured us from day one. Within 8 weeks, we got our house, this is amazing! Despite their being a Christmas holiday in between (which delayed a process bit) Peter worked hard to get everything done just when we wanted it to happen. This was our first experience of buying a house, and honestly it was best experience ever!!! We feel such as relief after working with an efficient team.
