Their pricing was very competitive, especially considering the high level of service and professionalism they delivered throughout. Every step was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional conveyancers. Truly a 10 out of 10 service!
View this review on GoogleJawad and his team were very professional, thorough, and timely with their communication and conveyance of my 85 year old mom's purchase of a flat. The seller was a company and was very passive and less motivated to push the sale through to it's conclusion.
Repeatedly, Jawad and team chased and chased the seller's solicitor to advance the process.
I have no reservations in using HS Legal again and recommending others to do the same.

Even though they are not lot local to me, I found the service through conveyancing comparison site 'conveyancing Index'site. As soon as I instruced them, they gave me access to a portal, whereby i could review the progress of my case instantly. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations and were very good at communicating and responding to email requests. My conveyancer Jawad Mahmood was excellent. His very timely response to communication/emails has been exceptional. I can honestly say he has been the most responsive conveyancer I have ever used throughout the many years I have been buying property. I will definately use there services again. The fantastic communication and ease of access to account updates made the whole process stress free.
View this review on GoogleWe were grateful to have the services of HS legal whom we found were more reasonably priced than others. In our case there were first time sellers and first time buyers which meant there was a lack of knowledge and awareness of process flow, dependencies, actions, owners and elapsed times.. There were added requirements for information on account of solar panels for the new build. HS legal managed to help complete and ramped up with attentive action, cooperation and responses as the deadline approached. This was especially important as dates had moved already for reasons not relayed to HS legal. I was pleased with the results and would use HS legal again. We only took off one star as it felt a bit reactive and as we knew little about the process, one recommendation is to have some kind of communal portal or visual progress bar with upcoming dependencies and actions needed for key milestones with ownership stated. That way each party is aware of who needs to do what and when. Over all the service was affordable and professional, there seemed to be a strong preference on written communication with client. The desired outcome was reached however without us having to incur additional costs due to delays from other parties, so we are satisfied and content with the outcome. We recommend HS legal and felt that the team worked hard to resolve queries and return responses to the other parties. We thank HS legal for their services and will use them again in the future should the need arise,

At times email communication could be a bit slow, however phone calls / WhatsApps were always quick. I would definitely recommend using their services for purchasing a first home.
