I used Hopleys GMA when buying my first home and had a very smooth, stress free experience. Hugo explained everything clearly to us, was very friendly and kept everything progressing without us needing to chase. Elisha was also lovely and provided very quick and helpful updates throughout. I’d 100% use them again and would definitely recommend their services. Thank you!!

I had to chase countless times, received different documents with incorrect spellings, sent all signed forms back promptly yet they claimed they hadn’t received some then apologised and called it an “oversight”. I was given empty promises and it took for my mortgage broker to get in contact on my behalf for me to get replies at times.
After complaining - which I still haven’t received a response to and it’s been well over a month - Sophie (a partner) took over my case.
Thankfully Sophie enabled completion to take place and was very competent so thank you Sophie!
However all other services have been very poor so I would not recommend, unless Sophie deals with your case.

Anything and everything we needed were always answered asap and explained to use simplified so we could understand fully what was going on with the house buying process. The process of buying the house was done very quickly which is was amazing. Highly recommend using this company 100%.

The price was competitive with a detailed illustration provided to make the costs clear right up front. Joe, our solicitor, was recommended by friends and exceeded our expectations. He kept us fully engaged throughout the process, always happy to field questions and take the time to ensure we understood every stage of the buying process. The experience and expertise of both Joe and his colleagues shone through when we had some challenges with the purchase and the title deed restrictions, they were quickly able to identify the problem and propose workable solutions to the sellers solicitors to attempt to get a speedy resolution. Our purchase completed successfully and we will be happy to use Joe & Hopleys GMA again in the future.
