Throughout that time they always kept me informed, translated points for me I may not have understood and always were available to answer what may have seemed the simplest of questions and adviced/suggested never told me what to do. Lesley is so professional approachable, knowledgeable and and knows how to contest. Can not recommend highly enough. My trust was with them and after 18 months, victory and justice was achieved.
