Myself and my Husband have just bought our first house, Lucy was amazing throughout the entire process and made us feel at ease. Everything was explained well and I felt comfortable emailing/calling with any questions we had. We were kept updated throughout and the whole process actually ended up being easier than we expected it to be and I think that is ultimately down to Lucy. Definitely recommend Holdens! Lucy was quick to respond whenever I had questions, and I always felt kept in the loop with what was going on. Everything was handled efficiently, and she stayed on top of the paperwork so nothing got held up.
