Thank fully ,Tracey, the solicitor who took over my conveyancing , stepped into the breach really quickly. She was sensitive to my health problem at the time and I felt she was on my side all the way through. That was important to me as the Estate Agents were hopeless.

With her expert knowledge and advice we were quickly able to detail our requirements and complete the process. Although we could probably have undertaken this task ourselves the piece of mind in using a professional was well worth the reasonable fee charged.
