She first supported my family through my mum’s divorce and more recently handled the sale of my house. Both situations were important and, at times, emotionally difficult, but Felicia was consistently attentive, professional and reassuring throughout.
Her communication is excellent. She keeps you updated, explains everything clearly and makes sure you always understand what is happening and what the next steps are. You genuinely feel that she cares about achieving the best outcome for you rather than simply treating you as another case.

Maybe that is why the person allocated to me, being Daiisy akposheri was so rude and impatient in explaining the basics of the differences between a non molestion order and a undertaking. She took no care in my case what so ever.
After being given the non molesation order from the court Daisy continued to send me emails from the solicitor who was acting for the person I had gained an order against, asking me to make him aware of my arrival when I visit his area!! Shocking experience. What was a very stressful time was made even worse by this lady. I wouldn't reccomend using this company and imparticular Daisy
