We used their service for a lease extension on our flat in Chelsea (we dealt exclusively with Mr Ashley Connell) and the whole experience was very positive. They are very efficient and professional. Outstanding service and competive fees. Highly recommended.

The costs of their services was clearly defined in advance along with estimated time scales. I'm please to say that all the dealings with Hetts was seamless and the extension to the property lease was carried out without issue. A big thank you to Ashley Connell at Hetts. I would definately recommend Hetts if you need similar services.

I choose Hetts Solicitors after reading their 5 star ratings and dealings with ex council lease extensions. Ashley was brilliant, the process went smoothly the timeline was explained and I was kept informed by email and letter. I would recommend Hetts to my neighbours and friends should they require lease extension in the future.

I really appreciated the easy-to-understand explanations Ashley provided. My e-mails were replied to quickly and competently. Ashley was proactive in managing the whole lease extension process so I did not need to chase or follow up. Highly recommended. I would use Hetts again.
