Frances did an amazing job making sure all of the paperwork for our house purchase went through in record time. We were hoping to get in before Christmas, and she absolutely made it happen. We are so grateful. As this was our first house purchase, we had no idea what we were doing, and we had so many questions, which she was always on hand to answer. Special mention to her assistant Tom, who was also brilliant.

Frances took the time to clearly explain every part of the process, which made something that felt overwhelming so much more manageable. She was always quick to answer our emails and phone calls, ready to assist with any questions we had. Their communication and reassurance made such a difference throughout the process.

Thanks to Laura and Jade who progressed everything quickly at every stage and couldn’t have been better. They communicated well throughout and were always available to answer questions. She was responsive, diligent and friendly, and went above and beyond to handle any issues that arose.
