One of the sales was straight forward and the main property was a a little more complicated. In both cases Bailey Smailes acted professionally, ensuring that both sales went through within the requested completion dates. There was good communication to us reference several enquiries from one of the buyers, and the answers to these enquiries were dealt with promptly and thoroughly.
