Our buyer used them and they took seven months to agree a lease extension and sale even though there wasn't a chain.
We were always told it buy our solicitors that they were waiting for information form them. We nearly cancelled the sale due to the time taken.
View this review on GoogleMy son and daughter have used law to your door, Ian and Helen. This was for property purchase on both occasions. They deliver a personal and utterly professional service at every opportunity. When waiting for info back from the vendors solicitor Ian was already days ahead and and even gave them relevant forms to speed the process up. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

View this review on GoogleAvoid buying any property involving Ian and Helen Saul Solicitors. We were committed first time buyers on a probate purchase and faced months of conflicting updates, misleading information, and severe delays.
We later discovered through our own solicitor that their probate application had been rejected because it had been submitted via the incorrect route for the estate's circumstances, requiring a complete resubmission on paper and leaving the sale in limbo. Instead of managing the legal process competently or offering clear timelines, the response conveyed was simply that we should just pull out. This handling cost us months of wasted time and legal fees. Eventually we felt no other option but to pull out due to lack of trust in the solicitor and estate agent. Avoid.
