Outstanding service from Jason and the team at Hek Jones Solicitors
I cannot recommend Hek Jones Solicitors highly enough, especially Jason, who has been exceptional throughout the entire sale of my property.
From the very beginning, Jason was professional, approachable, incredibly responsive and always willing to take the time to explain every stage of the process. Property transactions can be stressful and unpredictable, and mine certainly had its fair share of twists and turns, but Jason remained calm, reassuring and proactive throughout.
What impressed me most was his communication. Emails were answered promptly, I was kept informed every step of the way, and I always felt that my case genuinely mattered. Whenever an issue arose, Jason dealt with it efficiently and kept everything moving as smoothly as possible.
It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal approach. His knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent client service made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.
Having looked at some of the older Google reviews, I was genuinely surprised because my experience was the complete opposite. Based on the service I received, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hek Jones to friends and family.

View this review on GoogleI recently used Hek Jones for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new property. I'd also used the firm previously when selling a house back in 2005, so I was very happy to return to them.
Throughout the process, Heidi, Faith and the team were professional, responsive and helpful. There were a few unexpected issues to deal with along the way, but they kept us informed and explained everything clearly, which made what could have been a very stressful process much easier to manage.
Their fees were also very reasonable and represented good value for the service we received.
Emails were answered promptly, and we always felt confident that our case was progressing.
Thank you to everyone involved - we'd be happy to recommend Hek Jones to anyone looking for conveyancing solicitors.
View this review on GoogleAfter a rocky start with a very non-responsive individual who probably contributed to delays, and then subsequently left the organisation, things improved substantially with team Alexandra and particularly Mark B who stepped up to the plate. Super communication, timely and unprompted updates plus a smooth run-in to completion despite some challenges. The conveyance price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend this team at Hek Jones.

It was a complex and very quick auction purchase which was completed in under 50 days from commission. They were brilliant and really kept things moving at pace.
