Kirsti was patient, professional and took the time to explain all the available options clearly. She answered my questions promptly and made several amendments to my Will to ensure it reflected exactly what I wanted, without ever putting pressure on me to choose a more complicated or expensive arrangement.
The whole process was well organised, communication was excellent, and I felt listened to throughout. I also appreciated the flexibility shown while I was preparing for medical treatment.

Alejandra Lopez-Chang handled my conveyancing and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I had secured an additional 20 working days to complete on top of the usual 20 working days allowed when buying at auction, but because I was purchasing the property with a mortgage, I was still very concerned about whether everything would be completed in time. Alejandra was fantastic throughout and managed to get everything completed well within the deadline, which gave me enormous peace of mind.
She was always available when I needed to speak with her, kept me updated regularly, and made me feel completely reassured throughout the entire process. Buying through auction as a consumer can feel daunting, particularly when using a mortgage, but Alejandra’s professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency made the whole experience far smoother and less stressful than I had expected.
