Niall Byrne was extremely thorough and prompt in all correspondence. There was clear communication throughout and I was able to ask any questions I had and the process was clearly explained to me. Everything was progressed with speed and efficiency as well as empathy. The service from the entire team at Hawley & Rodgers was so supportive and extremely quick to respond. All involved went out of their way to reassure me that I was being given the best care and attention at all times whether in person or via email or phone.

The service we received from the Loughborough office, was excellent from start to finish. Gina, who dealt with the both the sale and purchase for us, was fantastic. She was extremely professional, keeping us informed throughout the whole process and always being available to answer any questions or queries we had, going above and beyond to help on many occasions. Michelle was also very helpful in answering our queries if Gina was unavailable. The whole process was very straightforward and we would absolutely use their services again in the future.
