View this review on GoogleHad recently used Hawker Jones Service because it was recommended by a Mortgage Broker who we are no longer with (because he tried to scam us). And now we are facing the consequences of going a recommendation from a dodgy broker.
We had recently pulled out of deal for buying a house right before exchange of contracts because we were only notified LAST MINUTE that the house wasn't going to be ready for another 6 months. This was after we have already paid the full solicitors fees to Hawker Jones. We have reasons to believe they knew this beforehand and chose not to tell us before we sent them money for paying their fees.
Now we are still waiting for our money back from them. Its been weeks. Not to mention all the unnecessary fees they tried to include for basically doing nothing since the deal didnt go through. Just alot of back and forth confusion and not being transparent about the fees they charge.
Highly unprofessional and a big headache. Would not recommend to my worse enemy.
