I would highly recommend Harold Stock for conveyancing. Lindsay was great throughout the whole process. As a first-time buyer, she explained each step clearly and was always available for a call if I had any questions. It made the whole experience much easier.

During a very stressful process, Lindsay was the only one who stuck to her word, kept us informed, and guided us calmly through every step. While the buyer’s solicitor was very difficult to deal with, ours made everything so much easier with her professionalism, honesty, and support. She made a huge difference, and we felt looked after the entire time. Highly recommend!

Very thorough and responsive to any questions we had and always was very reassuring throughout the process. We have used Harold stock and co twice now over the year for moving and if we were to ever move again I would 100% return. 10/10 would recommend.

She was approachable and explained details to me which I didn’t understand.

They did such a good job that our mortgage application was completed in less than 2 months! They kept us up to date and Fiona chased the queries that she was concerned about.
