From the moment I met Ros and her assistant Aaron, I felt reassured that the sale of our home and purchase of our new property would be in very safe professional hands. Both kept us fully informed of progress and matters as they arose, and Ros took the time to explain the finer detail. Their speed of response to any questions I had was immediate, as was their communication with our Estate agents and the conveyancing solicitors in our chain. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rosa Nolan and HD&J for all your conveyancing needs.

After a previous bad experience linked to the purchase of a different property, Ros was a breath of fresh air. She always replied to my emails or returned my calls. She was patient and took the time to explain things to me when the process appeared a little murky. Above all, I felt I had someone on my side - which is all you can reasonably ask for in these circumstances!
