I completed my purchase today and after listening to friends’ horror stories I am relieved I went with Hannah solicitors. Jade and Catherine were fantastic the whole way through. Happy to answer questions, friendly and professional and clearly put in a lot of effort to push it over the line. It was also heart warming how genuinely happy for me Catherine was when she rang me to tell me we had exchanged and then completed, it put an even bigger smile on my face. I would readily recommend both Hannah’s and both Jade and Catherine to anyone.

View this review on GoogleI honestly cannot recommend Hannah Solicitors highly enough. This is the third time I've used them, and once again they've been absolutely outstanding. They are, without question, my go-to solicitors, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.
Asim Abassi was my solicitor throughout what turned out to be a very complex house purchase, and I genuinely don't believe the sale would have gone through without him. His persistence, expertise, professionalism and determination kept everything moving when it felt like things were going to fall apart. He was constantly chasing the other side, keeping on top of every detail, and making sure nothing was left to chance.
Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, and there were plenty of moments where I was frustrated or upset. Asim was always there on the other end of the phone, listening patiently, offering reassurance and explaining everything clearly. I never once felt like I was being ignored or left wondering what was happening with my purchase.
Communication is one of the most important things when you're going through conveyancing, and Hannah Solicitors absolutely excel at it. Every time I called, someone answered or got back to me promptly. I was always kept updated, and I always knew where things stood. That level of communication made such a stressful process so much easier.
I'd also like to thank Ismail, who supported things behind the scenes. The whole team worked professionally and efficiently throughout.

View this review on GoogleI have unfortunately a bad opinion about Hannah solicitors, Rushden, which I hired in 2024-2025.
First I got the name of Mr T. Masud, and I was expecting him to be my solicitor when I bought a small flat, but he promptly passed my case to a paralegal. When I sold my old flat, I got...an apprentice! Maybe, as they were not multi-millions properties, it was of no interest to the solicitor? No need to say that it was a disaster.
Every step was extremely slow, despite my pleas. There were lies and mistakes, such as claiming to have read or sent a document that hadn't been done; and this happened several times.
I also had to send the same documents or questions numerous times, receiving no response from the solicitors.
The real estate agent also had many problems with them, and both the buyers' and seller's notaries were losing patience, as were, of course, their clients, which made me fear losing both the seller and the buyers.
I was able to compare this to the way my buyers' solicitor worked, which was quick and efficient!
There were also unnecessary requests, which further slowed down the process. For example, I realised that I couldn't deposit more than £20,000 per year into my UK account. The solicitors kept insisting to send the sale money there, despite my emails. I then asked them to send it to my country, without success.
My solicitors received the sale money on October 23rd 2025 and, after I proved to them that it was possible, they ultimately sent it to my country on November 6th! But, without asking me, they converted the pounds to Swiss francs, which I absolutely did not want, given the exchange rate.
In short, I strongly advise against dealing with these solicitors.
View this review on GoogleStill outstanding legal work on a house sale that was completed 5 months ago. Still having to chase for this to be rectified. Incredibly slow in getting back to my (the sellers) solicitors during the process. I would avoid if you want your sale to proceed in a timely manner and all works that you pay for actually being completed. AVOID!
