Although it turned out I had approached the wrong service, Lee responded to my enquiry within about 30 minutes and very quickly reassured me and helped clarify the whirlwind in my head. He helped me identify areas to consider that I hadn’t even thought of, helped me prioritise things and reassured me enormously. He could so very easily have just ended the call when it became clear I didn’t need them, but instead gave me the time I needed to make a plan, even returning a call later to clarify something. Am so very grateful to him for helping reduce my mountain to a molehill.

From my very first contact, I found the staff at Hammond Trotter Solicitors to be very knowledgeable and very understanding. They were very clear, up front about the costs and the process involved. After my initial call, I was happy to engage the firm to represent me at my hearing. Initially I had a 30 minute consultation with Philip, which actually overan to 50 minutes. Philip was very helpful in getting me to understand the process and what to expect.
Then a day or so later I had a call with a lovely lady called Laura. The call was over 1.5hrs but at no point did I ever feel rushed or that I was a bother to her. The object was to collect all of the information that Philip would need to represent me. Laura was so very professional, supportive and helpful. She made me feel so much less anxious and I was really pleased with the way she dealt with me. Excellence at its very best. Thank you Laura.
On the day, at court, I met Philip an hour or so before my hearing. I can only describe Philip as brilliant. He was a calming influence and by the time we went into court, I felt really confident that we couldn't have been any more well prepared. In the hearing, again Philip was brilliant. Guiding me through the evidence we had prepared in a logical and effective way.
Our plea for 'Exceptional Hardship' was accepted by the court and I didn't lose my licence.
All I can say is a massive thank you to Laura and Philip. It wasn't a cheap process, but they earned their coin.
I would highly recommend Hammond Trotter solicitors if you have any motoring offences that you need help with. Simply brilliant in my humble opinion, not just because we were successful but also because their approach and help reduced my levels of anxiety tenfold.

Marc was especially helpful — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew his stuff when it came to motoring law. I always felt like I was in good hands, and he kept everything straightforward and stress-free.
Communication was quick and clear throughout, and I was kept up to date the whole time. In the end, they got me a much better outcome than I was expecting.
