Asides of being professional in the knowledge and advice they had to offer, they were highly empathetic to a very sensitive situation. I believe this is crucial for building a strong relationship and enabling effective communication, which Anish very much excelled in over such a short period. Great people to have on your side during testing times, couldn't thank them enough for the support they offered!
