Used HS Conveyancing Ltd for both the purchase of my property a few years ago (when they were under the Savage Silk name) and most recently during a transfer of equity on the same property. Most of my correspondence throughout the transfer was with Michael Clark. Michael is very easy to talk to, patient, understanding and most importantly ready to answer any queries at the end of the phone. The rest of the team were also brilliant at moving things along with urgency at any hurdle encountered during the process. I couldn't recommend them enough and certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

The sale of our recent property was more drawn out than we expected with every question imaginable being asked but the team responded to them all quickly, efficiently and professionally and were always available to answer our concerns.

Despite the council’s lengthy processes, HS's communication was prompt and professional throughout. They even pushed to try complete the sale a week early. HS Were fully transparent over costs and we've had absolutely no issues getting hold of anyone or being updated along the way. 5 Stars.
