I needed legal advice so sent an email. No reply to that so phoned up the following week and was informed that someone would be in touch. Another week passed by with no contact. Poor customer service that’s all I can say needless to say I won’t be using this firm of solicitors
View this review on GooglepPrivate companies and employers use firms like this when they want to fire someone “legally” but have no genuine reason to do so. They advertise themselves as independent HR, but that was not my experience. I found the process neither independent nor impartial. It’s disappointing that a company providing legal and HR advice would choose to be involved in something like this. They should be ashamed of the service they provide. Someone really should look into this place.

One matter; (a very complex irrevocable legal mess), is as yet unresolved, but I have absolute trust that the team will deal with it in our best interest and for this I am extremely thankful. I cannot recommend them enough and Im very happy to have found such a frank, considerate team.
