We write to highly recommend the Amanda and her team for property conveyancing services. They have done our property selling and purchasing services. They have always offered fast communication, professional advices, swift responses to every relevant parties. Particularly, in our last purchase process, Amanda fully understood our situation and urgent requests, did all her best to bring the exchange/completion by three weeks! We were so impressed by her efforts, efficiency and top- class services! We are happy and much appreciated it. We have no hesitation to recommend her, no matter you like to sell or buy a property.
View this review on GoogleWe have now both bought and sold properties using Guest Walker as our conveyancers and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Amanda and Annie are exceptionally professional, thorough, efficient and friendly.
View this review on GoogleWe cannot praise Amanda Alden (and her assistant Annie) enough for her expertise in conveyancing. Amanda is highly skilled in acting in her clients’ best interest and accurately identifying and promptly rectifying any risks or issues. She helped my parents sell and buy a house, while enduring several fall throughs and an estate agent (Yorkshire based) who made errors and failed to follow instructions. Amanda was always quick to respond to us and extremely clear in her explanation of conveyancing language. We could not have completed our sale and purchase so quickly if it wasn’t for her tireless work and professionalism. We would highly recommend her and indeed would choose her again if any other conveyancing required
View this review on GoogleExcellent service from start to finish, kept well informed throughout and Guest Walker were very reliable and always willing to help. Having experienced the other side of the coin of bad conveyancing, Guest Walker are a breath of fresh air and we will always use them in future and recommend to others.
View this review on GoogleCan’t talk highly enough about our experience using Guest Walker. Have used them for 2 house moves in the past 5 years and from start to finish everything is always top class. Every stereotype you hear about solicitors is just the complete opposite with them. Annie and Amanda are the best of the best!
