Greenbank were very good right from the off, arranging for someone to come to the house to conduct a hearing test, then very comprehensive telephone calls establishing the full case. My solicitor Mr Asim Akber was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, keeping me appraised throughout the quite lengthy process. The wait was worth it and due to Mr Akber's guidance I received a very pleasant settlement figure this morning well in excess of the original offer! Thank you Greenbank and Asim!!
