So caring and informative.
Rich who looked afters my mum's case was very supportive and compassionate.
He always had my mum's best interest at heart.
Rich and his colleagues were always very informative every step of the way and he was professional and efficient when dealing with any issues that Arisen.
Rich also, understood my mum's needs and adapted his approach when speaking to my mum in a way that she understood.
I would highly recommend this solicitors if you want to be capable hands.
