Audrey Clark, on behalf of GSB is a wonderful paralegal. The purchase process was not easy but Audrey used all her experience and knowledge to get this over the line, despite other parties making things difficult and procrastinated.
She remained persistent and detailed, ensuring the purchase was completed "the right way". I would highly recommend Audrey, and GSB. I found their service very competitively priced and would not hesitate to recommend them.
View this review on GoogleVery poor experience throughout. Had to regularly chase for responses to my communications. Often left in the dark. Lack of proactivity (except for chasing for payment). Letters not passed on to me when received from opposing side. Convinced me to try to fight my corner more even when I didn’t want to, and ended up no better off in the end but with higher than necessary legal bills as a result. I wouldn’t go near them again.

I got their contact from a colleague with high recommendation. At first I called and received a quote from James, he was about to open a file for us but we decided not to proceed with this offer. He was very friendly and patient about it. About a month later I phoned again for another property and the whole process was very pleasant. Olive was prompt in keeping in touch and explaining the terms in conveyancying, giving us good advice.
They were very responsive -- every phone call was picked up right away, and every email was replied usually on the same day (sometimes within minutes) which we were extremely thankful for because our biggest fear was to be kept in the dark. Thankfully Olive and James helped us through the scary process and we have recommended them to our friends.
