We had an incredible experience with Goodwin Crowley in Lowestoft, particularly Caroline who always was available and went above and beyond to get things done in time for us. We couldn’t believe how hard Caroline and James worked to make things happen for our property sale and purchase. Most people only have negative things to say about their conveyancing process but ours was simply wonderful thanks to their hard work. My car was written off by a drunk driver who admitted full responsibility, was arrested, and was charged. Despite this, Admiral refused to accept liability or pay what was owed.
Through sheer determination, hard work, legal expertise, and an unwavering commitment to my case, Goodwin and Cowley Solicitors successfully forced Admiral to accept liability.
Admiral then attempted to delay the process, dragging things out in the hope that I would eventually give up. However, through constant perseverance, detailed legal documentation, and relentless counteraction, Goodwin and Cowley cut through the unnecessary obstacles and made Admiral take accountability, finally securing the settlement that was rightfully owed.
I cannot recommend these incredible people highly enough. They treat you like a person, not just a case number, and they fight for you every step of the way without ever letting up.
Thank you all so much for your support, dedication, and for helping me bring closure to an incredibly stressful and difficult situation — one that was having a real impact on my quality of life and mental wellbeing.
