Allia, Shahid and the team handled both our mortgage and remortgage, and we were particularly impressed with how smoothly everything was managed. Although there was an initial delay on the seller’s side, they worked hard to keep things on track and ensured we still completed within our tight timescale. Communication was excellent throughout, they kept us regularly updated and were always quick to respond to any queries. We really appreciated the time they took to listen to our concerns and explain everything clearly, especially as we had lots of questions about the process. This made the whole experience far less stressful. Their professionalism and efficiency really stood out, and we felt confident in their handling of our case from start to finish.
