Couldn't recommend enough! After my SEN child was left without education with 0 contact from the council, Dan took on our case. Since taking on our case in mid June, in just a few weeks he managed to get the council to actually sort an SEN placement out for my child 2 hours before the deadline they had been given, before court papers were to be submitted against them. Could not thank Dan and his team enough! Helping children into the education they deserve
View this review on GoogleI was given a direct referral to Dan Rosenberg and when I spoke to him about a sensitve matter I need help with. He was constantly stopping me from speaking (after speaking for less than 3 seconds), was rushing me off the phone threatening to end the call multiple times and then claimed he made 3 referrals when he made one which was a general firm name. Total lack of tact and he then ended the call. It was not only unprofessional but puts the entire name of solicitors into disrepute. No humanity whatsoever. This is NOT how a leading civil liberties and judical review firm conducts itself to society at large. AVOID!!!

View this review on GoogleI am going to be completely honest. This company is regretfully one of the worst out there. If i could I'd give -1 stars. They don't even deserve one star. I have been a client for almost the last few years now i think? I'm not sure of the time frame however what i do know is that they are complete and utter rubbish. I contacted them in order to sue Lawrence House for wrongfully dismissing me from their surgery as an autistic person after facing CLEAR discrimination and ableism, and also in order to sue Haringey council/social services for allowing me to rot in this extremely abusive toxic house for the last 12 years. As part of my ehcp plan because of my autism the council are supposed to offer me a certain level of support: for example housing, education and healthcare which for the last 12 years they havent lifted a single finger to do so. I opened a case with this company SEVERAL years ago and suprise suprise guess what. The case has gone ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE. What a joke. This company keeps promising me they will help me and everything will get resolved but nothing has. I still live in an abusive house, where the police get called almost every other day but of course the met police don't do anything other than coddle my abusive family and punish me unjustly. All the police keep saying is contact social services. The same social services that have police reports and orders from a judge in court to assist me yet they lie and say that they've never seen or don't have access to either the police reports or court orders. In the last maybe year or so the council has offered me 4 SUPPORTED living accommodations that DO NOT SUIT MY NEEDS and they stated and i quote "She (referring to me) has to compromise. It's either this housing or nothing" so basically they're saying I either have to forcefully be put into supported accomodation to continue being in abusive toxic situations because I CAN NOT live with other people or be homeless. And what has Gold Jennings done about that? absolutely nothing. Have they been successful? Absolutely not. I am still suffering in this abusive household as an autistic 26 year old and I have no one on my side or anyone who will/can help me. And all the relevant people responsible are fully aware I have no money to move out alone so I need the support but still wont lift a single finger because they're cheap and pathetic.

Id highly recommend if your child has special education needs and disabilities and is out of education Dan will fight for a SEND school he knows his stuff . Im so grateful thanks Dan best wishes .
