AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Their handling of the property buying process was nothing short of incompetent and created unnecessary stress, confusion, and delay from beginning to end.
They are completely unresponsive. Calls and emails from estate agents, my solicitor, and even their own client were routinely ignored. Basic communication, the bare minimum you would expect, was simply not there. Everything had to be chased repeatedly, often with no reply at all.
Their level of disorganisation is frankly unbelievable. They repeatedly asked for the same information despite having already been sent it months earlier, in some cases up to five months prior. This wasn’t a minor oversight, it happened again and again, showing a complete inability to manage the simplest of tasks.
Worse still, they regularly provided their own client with incorrect information. This caused ongoing confusion, unnecessary work, and avoidable delays that could have been prevented with even a basic level of competence and attention to detail.
It genuinely felt like they were working against the process rather than progressing it. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic standards is astonishing for a firm in this field.
If you value your time, money and sanity, do not use this firm!

The most astonishing part was receiving a solicitor's letter demanding that I respond within 14 days, yet the letter itself arrived four days after their own deadline had already expired. It is difficult to understand how anyone is expected to comply with a deadline that has already passed before the letter is even delivered.
The matter concerns an alleged private parking charge that I strongly dispute. Despite the previous company deciding not to pursue the case after reviewing the evidence, this firm has chosen to continue demanding payment without, in my opinion, giving proper consideration to the facts.
This experience has left me questioning the professionalism of their processes. Basic administration, such as allowing a realistic opportunity to respond to correspondence, should be expected from any firm of solicitors.
I will be bringing this conduct to the attention of the court if proceedings are issued and would encourage others to keep careful records of all correspondence and delivery dates.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

I was a fully authorised hotel guest who followed all the rules, yet instead of investigating or checking the facts, they jumped straight to threatening legal action. No willingness to listen, no reasonable communication, just intimidation tactics over an invalid charge. Extremely poor conduct and a stressful experience for an entirely innocent motorist. One star.

I paid my fine through this firm more than two years ago and was led to believe the matter had been fully resolved. I recently discovered that they failed to update the relevant government records to show the fine as satisfied, meaning it continued to appear as outstanding for over two years.
This oversight had serious consequences, including my Agreement in Principle being rejected because the record had not been updated correctly. The stress, inconvenience, and time spent resolving an issue that should have been dealt with properly are unacceptable.
I expected a professional service and basic attention to detail, especially when handling matters that can affect a person’s financial circumstances. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this firm based on how my case was handled.
