View this review on GoogleI recommend Gilson Gray as they made moving home so easy for us. We had updates from Jehnnaie Johnson almost daily with updates on our first home! She was able to answer any questions we had over email or the phone. Replies were quick! Communication was great, even when she was on annual leave, she put us in safe hands with her colleagues who were also lovely. Our process was shown on the portal which i really liked as we knew what we needed to do and where we were up to in the process. Honestly i could not recommend them enough. The process was quick and easy. Thank you again for helping us buy our first home:)

Both Bethanie and Chelsie were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The purchaser's solicitors were very slow but Gilson Gray was proactive in putting the pressure on them to finally complete the sale. Highly recommended. I intend to use them for any future house sales.

The whole process was completed incredibly quickly – in just 4 weeks, which exceeded our expectations. Travis was highly professional, knowledgeable, and always kept us informed. Every day he sent clear client updates explaining exactly what was happening, what had been completed, and what the next steps would be. His communication made the entire process stress-free and easy to understand.
We also really appreciated the online app, where we could track the progress of our purchase in real time and always knew what stage our case was at.
