I'm sorry to have to report that I was disappointed at the apparent slow progress following the initial agreement to purchase. On several occasions I only received an out-of-office response when emailing. However, I received excellent service when I called personally at the office and this resulted in positive progress with our matter. Also I would have liked more guidance as to what was more or less relevant when having to trawl through a myriad of pdf attachments. In summary, it was a less positive experience than previous residential property purchases and commercial lease matters which your firm dealt with on our behalf.

The process was timely and smooth thanks to their faultless attention to every detail and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism. In addition, their friendly approach was always reassuring and helped to keep the stress levels which inevitably come with buying and selling houses down to minimum.

Matt and Paige made this process as quick as possible, liaising at one point with a very inexperienced solicitor acting on behalf of my purchaser. I found their obvious expertise and experience very calming!

I was provided with very thorough advice and the terms of the contract were explained in simple and understandable language. This advice has potentially saved me thousands of pounds, for which I am extremely and eternally grateful. The fees charged were very competitive and worth every penny.
