Very disappointing experience with this solicitor during a property purchase. Important pre-contract enquiries and documents have been outstanding for a considerable period, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
My solicitor has repeatedly chased for responses, including important documents relating to the lease, service charges, consents, building control and other property matters.
I understand that conveyancing can take time, but the lack of timely responses has made the process extremely frustrating, particularly when there is a clear completion timeframe.
I sincerely hope the firm improves its communication and response times, because buyers should not have to continually chase for basic information required to progress a property transaction.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm for conveyancing.
View this review on GoogleWe have used George Green LLP for many years although infrequently, they have always provided an excellent service. Helen Connett was brilliant. Thorough, helpful & always kept us informed.
I would fully recommend this firm.
View this review on GoogleOur experience with this solicitor was disappointing. We spent a big amount in fees, during which time only two letters were sent to the other party involved. Unfortunately, the matter did not progress or produce the results we had hoped for.
We also received monthly invoices throughout the process and were charged for drafting responses to emails received from us.
Based on our personal experience, we would carefully consider alternative options before choosing to use their services.
View this review on GoogleHuge thank you to Caroline and Kelly at George Green Solicitors for all their help while we were buying our house. They were super supportive, easy to talk to, and kept everything running smoothly the whole way through. It made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.
Would 100% recommend them!
