Me and my family were helped by Nataliya from Garth Coates Solicitors in seeking our dependant UK visas. Right from the orientation call on Day 1 till receiving our visa approvals, we had a pleasant and professional experience. Not only were all our queries patiently addressed, but the applications itself were very professionally prepared and extremely thorough. This was our family's second experience with Garth Coates Solicitors, and needless to say, we will seek their counsel in all our future UK visa matters.

I was working with a tight timeline and they were always very quick to respond to all my questions. The time difference between the American Midwest and London was initially a concern for me. But Samantha made herself available at times convenient to me and probably not that convenient for her. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Paid around £3000 last year for Graduate Visa advice and was told there was a “loophole” and the application still failed. Communication was terrible, I had to constantly chase emails just to get basic responses.
Over a year later, they suddenly contacted me claiming I owed £2,438.62 and even threatened debt collection. I had already paid in full and had to dig up my own bank proof to correct THEIR mistake.
Once I proved it, they now try to charge me £920 for an “administrative review” that I never agreed to and was never carried out.
Poor record-keeping, misleading advice, and extremely unprofessional service. Completely regret spending my money here.

My case wasn’t the easiest, but my solicitor was patient, experienced, and always tried their best to push things forward. I truly felt supported throughout the whole process.
