I've used Ed Miller, partner at Freemans twice now for purchase & sale (2019 & 2022) of Commercial Property in Darlington. If you're the kind of person looking for personal attention, sound advice & good old fashioned service, (with a smile & humour), then Miller's your man. I highly recommend him, as do others I've spoken to; Ed has a solid reputation for 'delivering the goods', THANK YOU.
View this review on GoogleReally slow service. FJ were on the other side of a sale providing service for the buyer. They didn't appear to keep the buyer up to date, nor were they forthcoming with any responses to questions. They didn't even ensure all proof of funds were available! A total of 5 months to process a single chain free purchase!

They have shown compassion and understanding throughout what has been a difficult period. I have been very impressed with their services and, most of all, their support. I have felt like Ed really did care about the outcome of the project and I have felt confident in his knowledge and experience. Leading up to selling the property at auction Ed was very responsive to buyer questions and went over and above what I would have expected. Thank you very much I am extremely grateful Ed!!!

These aspects of Carole’s being are just a small part of who she is and what she brings to her work. Throughout my own, at times difficult and distressing legal separation, Carole was a calm and reassuring presence with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She never promised anything she couldn’t deliver, and I really appreciated her realistic and honest assessment of every obstacle we encountered. I also feel that it is important to acknowledge the team that support her, and in particular, her Secretarial Assistant and the Practice Receptionist. The service I received from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. The matrimonial divorce process I have been through is one I would never want to repeat, but if I did, I would most definitely want Carole Middleton on my team.
