Having used a different solicitor many years ago (once and regretted it), one key reason I go back to Nicola is her genuine care for her clients. You can tell she takes a personal interest in getting it done, getting it done right, and knows on a personal level just how important each sale or purchase is to the client. She's also caught hold of important details that have been missed by others.
