Both Jessica and Laura were excellent, keeping us all informed as the process progressed in a clear and timely manner. What could have been a difficult and stressful experience progressed smoothly and without a hitch. And the final invoice was as originally quoted.

Our buyers were not very communicative over the months,after their offer was accepted, in spite of our solicitor emails requesting info regarding progress of sale.
