Very poor service. They were so slow that the buyer decided to restart viewings and we lost the property early last year. The conveyancer - Ollie Wilson-pretty much never replied to emails and never returned calls. The young lady who sometimes picked up the phone in his stead was useless.

View this review on GoogleWould not recommend. Awaiting a payment following a house sale in January 2016. Followed this up in August/September and told to expect a payment in October/November. Upon enquiry we were told to expect payment before Christmas. Have still not received anything at all, a year after Foot Anstey received the money themselves. Little or dissatisfactory explanation for the continuous delays. This has caused massive financial problems in the family. It seems we are not alone from other reviews.

The most unprofessional horde of chancers on the Planet, incapable of building a case worthy of a Court appearance. Ignore them they're a bunch of amateur clowns and a waste of time.
