Handled a complexed and contentious probate of my grandparents following covid. Disputed care costs during lockdown, obstructive parties and disposal of estate. The whole process took much longer than typical 6mo, but knowledge of probate law and constant staling by the local council involved eventually won out in our favour.

I explained my situation and sought advice regarding the deletion of my police record. While I received most of my guidance from ChatGPT, one important detail that wasn't mentioned there was the need to submit records from social workers at Waltham Forest — something FLK Solicitors advised me to do. I believe this step played a crucial role in the successful deletion of my record.
Although the consultation lasted less than the advertised 30 minutes and cost £60, I don't consider it a complete waste. In fact, compared to organisations like NACRO and UNLOCK, which I found largely unhelpful, FLK Solicitors offered more practical and relevant assistance. Their services are also quite affordable, especially when compared to larger firms.
If you're dealing with a similar issue, I would recommend considering FLK Solicitors.
