I was charged significant fees only to be pushed onto an unsupervised trainee who made critical errors—including ignoring DV exemptions and failing to notify the court of representation changes, which caused me to miss a court date.
When I formally complained to “senior partner” who is also complains handler, instead of taking responsibility for their documented mistakes, the response was a personal attack on my character.
I fully expect a defensive response to this review that attempts to shift the blame—it is a consistent pattern at this firm. Save your money and your safety; find a firm that actually understands client care and basic legal duty. Avoid at all costs.
