I've had a property sale and purchase done by James over the past year. Throughout the process, i have received a service that is beyond excellent. James is attentive, responsive, and efficient at getting the job done. He is also always willing to spend time on the phone to explain anything that I'm unsure about. I contacted them in the morning needing an HM Land Registry ID1 verification appointment and everything was arranged and completed by the same afternoon.
Communication throughout was professional, efficient and very polite, with clear guidance on exactly what documents were needed ahead of the appointment.
The whole process was straightforward and well organised, and the completed forms were scanned over to me promptly afterwards. A genuinely smooth experience from start to finish.
Would definitely use again and would happily recommend to others needing conveyancing or ID verification services.

He also worked to the relatively tight deadline we set and we completed as planned. Would definitely recommend James and Ferns!
