Jessica handled our purchase and was fantastic throughout. She explained every stage of the process clearly, kept us well informed, and dealt brilliantly with the difficult vendors' solicitors, particularly during the completion process when they became increasingly difficult to deal with. Her professionalism and communication gave us a lot of confidence during what could have been a very stressful time.
We were initially a little concerned when Jessica told us she would be on annual leave towards the end of our purchase. However, she reassured us that everything would be handed over properly, and that’s exactly what happened. The rest of the team picked up the case seamlessly, and we never felt like our purchase was put on hold while she was away.
